7 Step - Professional Rim Crack Repair

Step 1.
Rim damage is professionally assessed by our staff with more than a decade of rim repair experience.
If repairs cannot be made, customers pay nothing!
Step 2.
Rim paint and coatings are sanded and stripped.
The crack is isolated and carefully removed.
Step 3.
Carefully placed and fully penetrative welds fill the fresh opening where the crack once was on the rim.
Step 4.
The exterior lip of the rim is filled as well to ensure thorough repair work that won't come undone.
Step 5.
Welds are sanded and smoothed to ensure a road-worthy surface and perfectly round wheel shape.
Step 6.
A clear coat and primer are applied to the freshly repaired area to prevent degradation.
Step 7.
Wheel is placed on a calibrated professional tire and wheel balance machine to ensure that the wheel is straight.
At this stage, it is ready for customer supplied paint and delivery, or re-installation on the customer car.
